Campaign Success Manager

Campaign Success Manager

eHealthcare Solutions is looking for a Campaign Success Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for the launch and delivery of all eHealthcare Solutions campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide inventory for sales representatives in a timely fashion
  • Implement, Manage, Monitor and Optimize campaign delivery to ensure contracted goals are met and we are delivering the best results for our clients
  • Daily monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met
  • Monitor 3rd and 4th party delivery daily to ensure campaign delivery as expected
  • Proactively reach out Sales Reps to manage deadlines and assist in revisions
  • Assist Controller with internal and 3rd party delivery reporting to ensure proper revenue reconciliation
  • Generate, issue, review and execute on insertion orders (media contracts) both internal and externally
  • Manage insertion Orders and campaign delivery– both new and revised/li>
  • Secure campaign assets and reporting access from clients to ensure timely campaign execution
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital ad sales, campaign management and/or advertising agency digital media buying and planning or related role
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem & CRMs; including Google Ad Manager, AdBook, & Salesforce
  • Expertise in all standard Microsoft Office programs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects & strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive client success driven attitude
  • High organized and detail oriented

The recruitment aspects of our partner development department entail growing the EHS network though proactively prospecting, finding, and approaching appropriate websites for eHealthcare Solutions to sell advertising on their websites. Prospective websites offer targeted reach and advertising opportunities for companies looking to promote products and services to healthcare providers, patients. and caregivers. The role encompasses the full sales cycle from research and first contact, to discussion, education, contracting. and implementation.

The liaison aspect of this position entails maintaining regular contact with existing network partners, answering questions, and providing partners with general service, support, and consultation for online trends related to the industry.

Applicants should be excited about the Internet and willing to learn all aspects of internet advertising. Candidate should be outgoing and personable and feel comfortable in a sales/recruiting role. Candidate should have excellent communication skills, possess administrative skills that include use of Microsoft Excel, and have a general working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products such as Word and PowerPoint. Experience in working with CRM programs such as ACT, Goldmine, or Salesforce.com is a plus. Basic HTML experience is helpful but is not required. Director of Operations, Optimization and Analysis

  • Hands on Player/Coach who manages and oversees Advertising Operations and Technology teams
  • Trainer of new employees in Google Ad Manager 360, Google Campaign Manager and other third- and fourth-party ad servers
  • Manage daily operations throughout the department, including 90-day plans, weekly 1:1 sessions, identifying strengths and weaknesses and training and coaching
  • Heavy reporting and analysis for Sales, Business Development, Solutions and Finance as well as proactive reporting and analysis to improve the business, our ability to deliver for and satisfy clients, generate revenue, and achieve profitability targets
  • Onboarding lead for new publishers joining the network, including
    tagging implementation, revenue generation recommendations and optimal ad placements
  • Responsible for execution and delivery of all digital
    revenue for the company, monitoring under-delivery, discrepancies, viewability targets, and adjusting campaigns as needed
  • Manage all third partner ad ops and data vendor
    relationships, including contract execution, implementation, and day-to-day relationship management
  • Facilitating the identification, testing and
    implementation of other support software and services to improve operations, delivery and execution
  • Optimization lead for all performance specific
    advertising campaigns for banner, eTOC/newsletter, native, and targeting features such as contextual and interest based on network and external exchange platforms

    optimization of various non-sales team-related revenue streams

Advertising Operations: Campaign Manager

  • Implement and manage online advertising campaigns
  • Oversee programmatic campaigns for delivery and execution
  • Responsible for setting up private marketplace deals in supply-side platforms
  • Optimize for performance objectives and delivery for all managed campaigns, including direct and programmatic

  • Experience with the digital advertising process (RFP’s, IO’s, ad tags and creative assets), and pricing methods (CPMs, CPC, etc..)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with different web browsers
  • Experience with PowerPoint and Excel
